GCE Overview:
GCE  has been in business since 2008 forming a new agrement with Dennis Matthews for Product Development of a new version of the black box called "Global Communication Media Center Box". The last three years has primarily focused on government contracts, providing computerized video security systems for 11 International Airports, the US Army, the Pentagon, White Sands Naval Base, Langley Air Force Base, the EPA. However, a major trend and two recent events will catapult the Company into phenomenal growth.

We are all aware of the additional burdens and inconvenience of travel since 9/11. These hassles and restrictions and the recognized importance of face-to-face communications have created a new interest and material growth in the video conferencing and video streaming industry. The material increases energy costs also have companies looking at the travel budget and comparing the technology costs of video communication solutions.

At the same time the burdens and expense of travel have increased, advances in technology and increased transmission speed have enhanced the video communication option. Rather than constrained by the previous limitations of ISDN, video communications can now avail itself of an IP network, public Internet and VoIP. While each method has its own limitations and benefits, transmission issues have been materially minimized.

There has begun a shift in the hardware capability of video communications. Most major manufactures, such as Polycom, Inc. and Tandberg, have and still operate under the old “transmit and display” model of video imaging. This approach constrains the usefulness of the product to the user and turns $20,000 to $50,000 worth of equipment into a television set and does not take advantage of all the functions available from computer technology. GCE is out to break this model.

Under the technical leadership of Company founder, Dennis Matthews, the Company has developed a new product that combines video telecommunications, video teleconferencing and high-speed internet streaming video broadcasting. This new product, "Global Communication Media Center Box", leaps past existing video conferencing and video streaming technology. It achieves this feat by combining multiple video delivery technologies in one product. Further, The Global Communication Media Center Box is a PC-based product that allows the use other software programs to operate in conjunction with video delivery. This includes the ability to achieve presentations. The result is a fully integrated solution. This solution is highly attractive to large corporations, major law accounting and financial service firms and the government.

The technical features of the Global Communication Media Center Box allows the Company to both sell the units and then offer its capabilities as a service. The Company has created Global Communications Network will offer video conferencing and video broadcasting services worldwide to both private firms and government agencies. Imagine viewing a surgery in process from hundreds of hospitals by thousands of doctors and nurses, medical schools and staff logged on across the world simultaneously. The broadcast of a surgery was LIVE from a Newport Beach medical facility on July 13, 2005. Thousands of viewers worldwide watched it on Global Communications Network
